Aromatherapy

Imagine that you are standing in a purple field of fragrant lavender. You are surrounded  by  beautiful fragrance of these flowers. You are relaxed. Warm wind envelops your face and you smile to yourself. That is beneficial  power of nature.

Now, imagine that you are in a fragrant orange grove. You catch up the ripe fruit. You touch the skin of orange and you feel intense refreshing citrus scent. Again, you smile. Indeed, that’s nature. It speaks to you again.

Aromatherapy has been discovered thousands years ago. Expertly term is a combination of two words "aroma" and "therapy" . In other words, it is an aromas combination and the process, which helps the mind and body to improve overall health and regeneration.

Aromatherapy is a pleasant form of natural medicine. It is based on the use of concentrated, therapeutic essential oils from flowers, leaves, needles, bark, roots, resins and skins of fruit. These oils are delivered into the body by inhalation (via sniffing, inhaling) and the skin (via massage, bathing, cosmetics or compresses and wraps), which have a huge impact on well-being.

Aromatherapy alleviates many physical and mental ailments. Its main purpose is to restore the balance of body and mind and support the body's natural defense system. Aromatherapy is an excellent natural antidote to stress, anxiety, insomnia and other ailments resulting from modern life.
